Introduction

Hyacinth Training Consultants was established five years ago by a renowned Trainer/ Learning and Development Specialist Lubna Asrar Siddiqi, along with her highly motivated, creative and innovative team, which consists of both young and senior members of the society, demonstrating the concept of Unity in Diversity.

In general, Hyacinth works with organizations, focusing on employee and organizational development as per their requirements. Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is also conducted through various tools, used internationally, upon request. In such cases, specialized training modules are developed which include both classroom and on the job training programs. A process for monitoring the growth, development and productivity of the employee towards organizational success is also developed. This is to ensure that training is not seen as consumption, but rather as an investment towards organizational excellence, profitability and growth.
